Answer:
IP Monitor, part of the premium set of tools for DomainTools Personal and Enterprise members, is a tool that records and alerts you to changes that occur on a monitored IP address. There are four types of changes monitored:
– New: A newly-registered domain is pointed at this IP address
– Transferred In (t/in): An existing domain is now pointed at this IP address
– Transferred Out (t/out): A (non-expired) domain is pointed away from this IP address
– Deleted: A domain has expired and is no longer pointed at this IP address
When DomainTools detects a change, IP Monitor records the change in the History section of the IP Monitors page, and includes it in your email alerts, if so configured.
